In order to be a distributor/reseller, you must sell DIRECTLY to customers (sorry, but we do NOT use "reps").

Distributor/Reseller Agreement
If you are a local health food store, alternative health business, or health care professional and would like to become a distributor/reseller of ours, simply buy 12 bottles or more of ANY PRODUCT (mix & match). The shopping cart AUTOMATICALLY gives you WHOLESALE PRICING. Fast, USPS Priority Mail shipping is FREE anywhere in the USA. Delivery is normally in just 2-5 days after shipment. The prices on our websites are NOT suggested retail prices. Our OFFICIAL website is livingstreamsmission.com. As a distributor/reseller, you may charge whatever prices you want. Our "reseller friendly", "semi-private label" bottles feature labels without our website, phone number or email and helps prevent your customers from "shopping around".
By ordering WHOLESALE, you MUST abide by our distributor/reseller policies.
1. To maintain maximum quality & freshness, ALL products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Coeur D' Alene, Idaho directly to you.
2. As a distributor/reseller, you can imprint your own business identity on our brochures that we supply. To maintain our product integrity, one may NOT create any material OUTSIDE of company approved literature. You may copy information obtained from our OFFICIAL website cited above.
3. No application is required and there are no contracts, fees, or quotas. Just purchase the products you want to distribute/resell and follow the rules and restrictions laid out below.
A. Acknowledge and abide by the advice of our MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: "The statements enclosed herein have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. B. As a distributor/reseller, you cannot make medical claims, false or misleading statements about Living Streams Mission products in any form of advertising, marketing, or sales representation. You also may not feature any written “testimonials” which are in violation of our policies (except for "non-human use" including our probiotics for plants and pets).
C. PRODUCT RE-PACKAGING, RE-MIXING, AND RE-FORMULATING POLICY: As a distributor/reseller, you may NOT buy larger bottles and re-bottle, re-package, or re-formulate into other bottles. You may not remove the safety seals from ANY of our products. ALL of our products must be sold INTACT and without any tampering. If we find ANY violation of this strict policy, you will be permanently terminated as a distributor/reseller of ALL of our products. You will NOT be able to buy our products at wholesale.
We reserve the right to modify our policies and prices at anytime without prior notice. All online prices are up-to-date and will be honored.
